Spiritual Companioning™ Practitioner Training Agreement
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Spiritual Companioning™ Practitioner Training.
This Training is provided for your personal, professional and spiritual development. Mastering the art of spiritual companioning supports you to hold space for yourself and your clients with the highest degree of integrity. It will provide you with the skills to transform blockages based on fear and stress into connection, love, and healing. Our ultimate mission is to raise the vibration of the entire planet, so that we can all experience more heaven in each moment.
This Training is designed to up level and refine the skills that you have already embodied in Ascension - the Mentorship Program. We will continue to support you to clear more of your own addictions, stories, subconscious beliefs and fears in order for you to hold space with more clarity and to increase your skills, understanding and ability as a space holder.
In Ascension, you learned how to use your knowledge of Spiritual Companioning in your own life and to assist your clients. Once you have completed the Practitioner Training, you will be licensed to teach your clients how to use mindfulness and EFT in their own lives.
This Training is not suitable for anyone who is not willing to do their own internal processing and releasing. It is designed to be internally reflective on every level. We cannot take anyone past were we are at and the client is always the mirror. The training you will receive is first and foremost for your own healing and ascension.
The Training is not suitable for anyone with a current mental health diagnosis or anyone currently taking mental health prescription medication. The work that we do will be addressing current fears, beliefs and thoughts that are holding you back from experiencing your optimal self and you will be triggered along the way. The places that you find yourself activated/triggered are the areas that we will be celebrating as highlighting where your work needs to be done. You must be of sound mind to enter into this work.
It is very important that you read this document carefully before you accept it. By accepting this Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract, so it is important that you make a conscious decision about whether this Training is right for you and contact me before you proceed if you have any questions or concerns.
If anything in this Agreement is unclear, you are welcome to seek independent advice to ensure you fully understand your rights and obligations. I encourage you to negotiate any clause of this Agreement which feels unfair to you.

You provided your details when you enrolled as a Participant in this Training.
Providing your details and making either full or partial payment for the Spiritual Companioning Practitioner Training indicates your acceptance of this Agreement and willingness to be legally bound by it.
(b) Contact

2. Payment Terms
The cost of participating in the Training is that displayed on my sales page at the time of your enrolment.
Upfront payment is required in full before the Training commences, unless we have agreed in advance on a payment plan.
Payment plans are available by negotiation. Please email me to discuss your needs.
All payments must be made by credit card through Stripe. I do not accept payment via Paypal.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Participation in the Training may be suspended if your payment is overdue.
If I need to chase you for default, you agree that you will pay any costs I incur in recovering the money you owe me, including debt collection agency fees and solicitor’s costs, whether or not legal proceedings are issued in relation to the debt.
3. Pre-Requisites
Application to the Practitioner Training is by invitation only.
You must have successfully completed Ascension in order to receive an invitation to apply. I may agree to accept you application at my sole discretion if you have appropriate professional experience and/or qualifications.
4. The Spiritual Companioning Practitioner Training
(a) Content and Assessments
The material covered in the Training is set out on the sales page. There will be an assessment component of the Training that must be completed in order to graduate. Assessment may include case studies, live practice sessions, quizzes and other requirements to establish your understanding and embodiment of the content.
(b) Qualifications
On successful completion of all assessment tasks, you will be qualified to receive the following certifications:
- Level 3 Inspired Tapping/EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) insurable by IICT (Institute for Complimentary Therapists). You will then be a fully qualified EFT Practitioner; and
- (Level 3) Master Spiritual Companioning™ Practitioner.
(c) Delivery
The Training is delivered online using Zoom with support provided in a private Facebook group. There is a mix of private sessions with my fully qualified Spiritual Companioning practitioners, master classes and group coaching calls.
(d) Missed Training
Masterclasses and group coaching calls will be recorded. If you miss a call, it is your responsibility to watch the recording.
If you cannot attend a one-to-one session, please notify your allocated practitioner at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, so you can reschedule. Any rescheduled calls must take place before the end of the Training’s current round, or they will be forfeited.
(e) Rescheduling
If we have to cancel a scheduled session or masterclass for any reason, we will try to provide you with as much notice and a rescheduled time as soon as practicable. No Training will be scheduled during the Western Australian school holiday period.
5. The Licence
Once you pass your assessments, you will become a licensed Spiritual Companioning Practitioner.
The licence must be renewed annually. The current licence fee is $880 including GST. The licence fee may increase over time in order to reflect the evolving value of the support provided.
With your licence, you will receive ongoing support, reflective practice supervision and access to training from time to time to keep your skills current.
Private mentoring is available to Practitioners at an additional cost.
The licence is global and does not confine you to any location or territory.
In particular, the Licence grants you a non-exclusive, limited right to use my intellectual property as follows:
(i) advertising and delivering your take on Spiritual Companioning with your 1:1 clients in the context of your business (noting that the format, content and theory underlying the presentation of Spiritual Companioning involves trade secrets belonging to me); and
(ii) display the Spiritual Companioning™ trade mark and advertise yourself as a licensed Spiritual Companioning Practitioner on your website, social media and promotional material.
You must not create or deliver any group training or educational program that teaches the Spiral of Ascension, the principles of Spiritual Companioning or any content that infringes my copyright or trade secrets.
The core content of the Spiritual Companioning modality must be delivered with integrity, as taught to you in the Practitioner Training. You may not change the material taught to you or present it in a way that makes significant changes to the underlying concept. However, it is intended that you will put your own spin on the material, teaching it in a way that reflects your own unique energy and the needs of your clients, while staying true to the principles of the Spiritual Companioning modality. To be clear, you may teach the modality to your clients to use only in their own lives – they may not practice it with their clients or teach it to anyone.
As a licensed Spiritual Companioning Practitioner, you will be featured on my social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram, and listed in a directory of authorised practitioners on my website.
You receive access to a private group, where you can ask me questions and seek general assistance, as well as gain access to updated training as it is released.
6. Soul Connection Program
Licensed Spiritual Companioning Practitioners have the option of purchasing my Soul Connection Program which is a complete 8 week program which you may rebrand and offer for sale through your business.
You will pay $5500 upfront, for which you will receive:
(i) Comprehensive training as a facilitator for this program; and
(ii) All workbooks, power points and other student materials.
You will also be required to pay an ongoing licence fee of $440 per year which will include training updates, support and supervision.
This program is a pre-requisite for Ascension, and you will receive affiliate commission for any of your students who enrol in the Ascension on your referral.
This is a non-exclusive licence. I retain ownership of the Soul Connection Program and may offer it for sale through my own business and through other Spiritual Companioning Practitioners.
7. Withdrawal and Refunds
This work can be challenging, especially in the beginning, and it can be very tempting to quit at an early stage before you begin to see the benefits. As a result, it is very important that you discern whether you are willing to commit to completing the Training before you enrol. There are no refunds for change of mind. If you are having difficulties, please let me know as I am happy to talk you through the ups and downs, holding you accountable to your commitment to your personal and professional growth as a Spiritual Companion, even when it is uncomfortable.
If there are special circumstances beyond your control that mean you cannot participate in the Training, please make an appointment with me so we can discuss your concerns and work out a mutually acceptable solution. 8. Termination of Licence
You may choose to relinquish your licence at any time, but no refund of the training or licence fees will be provided if you change your mind about being a Spiritual Companioning Practitioner.
If you fail to renew your licence as a Spiritual Companioning Practitioner or your licence to facilitate the Soul Connection Program, that licence is terminated, and you are no longer entitled to use my intellectual property or access insurance as a Spiritual Companioning Practitioner.
If you make significant changes to the Spiritual Companioning modality in breach of this Agreement or engage in behaviour capable of damaging my reputation or the Spiritual Companioning brand, you will be notified and requested to bring your use of the material back into alignment with the principles of Spiritual Companioning.
If you fail to take appropriate action within a reasonable time, your licence may be cancelled without refund.
If your licence is relinquished or cancelled for any reason, you:
(i) no longer have the right to use any of my intellectual property, including the Spiritual Companioning trade mark and the Soul Connection Program;
(Ii) must remove all Spiritual Companioning branding from your website, programs and other material associated with your business,
(iii) understand that your business will be removed from the directory on my website; and
(iv) must stop teaching the Spiritual Companioning modality to your clients (although you still have the right to use the modality with your clients that were granted in the Mentoring Agreement). You may continue to use your Virtues Project and EFT certifications. If you have any doubt about how this applies in practice, please contact me to discuss how to untangle my intellectual property from yours in an acceptable manner.
9. My qualifications
My qualifications for offering this Training include:
- Diploma of Health Coaching with Institute for Integrative Nutrition
- Diploma of Community Services – Great Southern Regional Tafe
- Cert 4 in Training and Assessment – Great Southern Regional Tafe
- Level 1, 2 and 3 Eft Practitioner with Inspired EFT™
- Qualified Inspired EFT™ Trainer
- Master Facilitator of the Virtues Project
- 15 years’ experience as a Drug and Alcohol Councillor with Palmerston Community Drug Service Team in Albany, Western Australia
- 15 years Mindfulness Practice.
10. My Sacred Commitment to you:
I will lovingly hold you through your entire spectrum of emotions.
I will see, hear and witness all of who you are without judgement or expectation.
I will challenge you to keep going.
I will hold up a mirror for you to see through your illusions.
I will provide a safe and confidential space for you to lean in and explore your vulnerability.
I will celebrate every milestone you achieve with fervour and deep reverence.
I will reach out my hand and graciously invite you to take it if you fall.
I will create a space of fun and celebration - this rite of passage stuff doesn't always have to be serious - I will encourage your sense of humour and share mine with you.
I will encourage and mentor you in the sacred Art of Spiritual Companioning - here you will learn to spiritually empower each other by only ever sharing your experience and offering questions for the self reflection of your sisters (rather than offering advice or opinions).
I vow to teach you through my strength and also my vulnerability - there is great power in leading through the heart.
This and more I vow to you.
11. Your Responsibilities
(a) I ask of you in return:
To embody your virtue of commitment by showing up to the live calls and bringing all of you, no matter what state you are in. I encourage you not to hide. We will always hold you.
To embody your virtue of determination to stay up-to-date with where we are at, classes and embodiment practices.
You will get out of anything what you put in – so I invite you to put all of you into this Training.
Ask questions, there are no unworthy questions – every question is an opportunity to grow and expand.
Support your sisters as you would want to be supported by them.
Be mindful of confidentiality. What we will be sharing will only feel safe if we are all committed to holding each other’s truth’s with reverence, respect and confidentiality.
(b) Indemnity
The skills we practice in the Training are in no way intended to equip you to treat, cure or prevent any disease and/or mental health diagnosis. It is not a substitute for any existing treatment plans currently prescribed by a GP or mental health practitioner. If you have any concerns or feel that you do not fully understand the implications of a particular course of action in your situation or that of a client, you are advised to seek appropriate professional advice before continuing.
You take full responsibility for your implementation of anything you learn during the Training in your own life or business, and in your work with your clients. You understand that my training is limited to providing you with techniques for your consideration, and that you are solely responsible for how you choose to implement those techniques. Always consult your own professional wisdom and experience, conduct your own research and employ principles of best practice.
You agree to indemnify me against all consequences arising directly or indirectly from your actions and choices.
(c) Resources
- You will need a computer with a camera and sound capability, and reliable internet access.
- Workbooks, training manuals and meditations will be provided.
(d) Supervision of Children
- Participants must be over 18.
- Since we will be engaging in meditations and other mindfulness exercises, if you have children, it is advisable to make alternative arrangements for their care during our sessions and calls, as you will get more out of the processes and learning if you are able to focus 100%.
(e) Promotion of your business
No overt marketing of participants’ businesses is permitted during calls or in the Facebook group. If selling occurs through natural connection, that is fine, but please do not use this space to overtly sell. This is a sacred container. It is a temple for deep transformation. I ask that you honour this space and check in with your integrity. The ego is present in the space of “what can I get?”, the higher self is present in a space of “what can I give?”. I will be inviting you to step into your higher self as much as possible.
12. Important Information
Mindfulness work, EFT and Spiritual Companioning are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment. It is not recommended to engage in these processes with someone who has a diagnosed mental health concern. If you find this to be the case, please let me know so that we can discuss an appropriate referral. If your concerns are urgent, seek immediate treatment from a medically qualified professional. Examples of issues that will require referrals are – if your clients report sexual abuse, domestic violence and/or suicidality. If you deem them to be a risk to themselves or others, you will be obliged to refer them for appropriate treatment and support.
As a Spiritual Companioning Practitioner – you will not claim to treat or cure any diagnosed mental or physical ailment. Your role is to support and hold your clients, encouraging them to address and shift the thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are associated with their mental or physical ailment.
Once you have passed your assessments and been certified as a licensed Spiritual Companioning Practitioner, you are authorised to use mindfulness, the Virtues Project, and EFT with your clients.
Spiritual Companioning is a process whereby you learn how to spiritually empower another. It will support you to connect in with your own divine wisdom and in turn increase your capacity to do this for others. It is not designed for you to give advice or direction to others as to what they should or shouldn’t do.
This is a Practitioner Training. It is designed to increase your capacity to hold space for yourself and for others. This program is not professional counselling or traditional mental health therapy. It is an energetic and metaphysical modality. It is handing the power back to the client without giving advice or direction as most other mainstream modalities do. It empowers the client to find their own answers as we support them to connect in with their own divine wisdom.
13. No Guarantee of Results
Your results in this Training depend on your individual efforts and the work you put in. As much as I will be teaching you new skills and techniques for holding space – I will also be spiritually companioning you to go within and connect with the whisperings of your soul. I believe 100% that you have all of the answers within you. It is my role to simply introduce you to your own inner spiritual companion. However, only you can do the work, internalise the training and complete the assessments.
You may find yourself falling behind and falling prey to your resistance and fear. This Training is designed to give you all the tools to conquer your self-doubt and excuses not to succeed, but sometimes we forget to use them for ourselves. Please reach out if you are experiencing any difficulties. I am always here to support you.
Similarly, the results you achieve as a licensed Spiritual Companioning Practitioner, and (if you choose) as a facilitator of the Soul Connection Program are not guaranteed. There are too many factors beyond my control that will determine how successful you are.
14. Confidentiality and Privacy
- Confidentiality is one of the most important guidelines of the entire Training. I ask that whatever you hear from the other participants remains confidential. We want to create a safe and secure space for each of you, one where you feel comfortable to share your vulnerabilities and challenges.
- In order to provide this safe and sacred space for all participants it is a condition of participating in this Training that any information shared in either the Facebook group or on the live calls by any of the participants is to be kept private and confidential. By accepting this Agreement, you are confirming that you understand and agree to comply with this requirement.
- Please do not offer advice or direction to fellow participants. We are here only to share from our own experiences. If someone asks a question, instead of answering with a "you should/could try this..." we would say instead "What worked for me in this situation was...". You will also be learning the Art of Spiritual Companioning which involves asking questions and reflecting back to the other participants that you 100% believe that they have all of the answers within them already. I will be gently encouraging and guiding you to maintain this type of support
- We will focus on refraining from judgement and instead use the virtues of Acceptance, Detachment and Compassion.
- This is a circle of sisters aiming to rise together. If in doubt, simply ask yourself “Am I coming from a space of Love or from fear?” I ask that you choose Love as often as humanly possible.
15. Intellectual Property
(a) Mindfulness
The concept and techniques of mindfulness are not my Intellectual Property. Mindfulness is a universal modality that you are free to utilise and share. In this Training, I will be guiding and supporting you to create your own mindful meditation that you can use as your own Intellectual Property asset in your business.
(b) The Virtues Project
The Virtues Project is a universal project that is protected by international copyright laws. As a Spiritual Companioning Practitioner, you may use the Virtues project concepts with your clients but you must not teach it as you are not a qualified Virtues Project Master Facilitator
(c) Spiritual Companioning™
I own Spiritual Companioning™ as an unregistered trade mark, wherever it is used in the world. You may use this term as long as you attribute the work and philosophy to me. You may say that you are using elements of Spiritual Companioning in your work – and you can call yourself a Spiritual Companioning Practitioner while your licence is current.
(d) Inspired EFT™
Inspired EFT™ is an unregistered trade mark owned by Melinda-Deans Draper and used under licence. You will be qualified in level 1 and 2 Inspired EFT™ in this Training. You will be able to use tapping with your clients, but you will not be able to teach it in a group setting. You will be able to call yourself an EFT Practitioner once you have completed level 3 which is included in the Spiritual Companioning Practitioner Training.
(e) Copyright
All masterclasses, slide shows and workbooks are my Intellectual Property and are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world, with all rights reserved. Please do not copy, reproduce, sell or share them with anyone.
16. Limitation of Liability
- Subject to my obligations under Australian Consumer Law, I am not liable to you for any costs, loss, injury, or damage that you or your business may suffer that is not directly attributable to my negligence or the negligence of my subcontractors.
- You agree that your participation in the Training, including all activities associated with the Training, is entirely voluntary. You expressly agree to accept all risk of injury or damage that may arise from your participation.
- You expressly agree that if this limitation of liability is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action of any kind excluding negligence shall not exceed the amount that you have paid to me under this Agreement.
17. Force Majeure
- I will not be liable for failure or delay to perform obligations under this Agreement, which have become practicably impossible because of circumstances beyond my reasonable control.
- Such circumstances include without limitation natural disasters or acts of God; acts of terrorism; labour disputes or stoppages; war; government acts or orders; epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease; quarantines; national or regional emergencies; or any other cause, whether similar in kind to the foregoing or otherwise, beyond my reasonable control.
- Notice by email of my failure or delay in performance due to force majeure must be given to you no later than 5 business days following the force majeure event commencing. This notice shall describe the force majeure event and the actions taken to minimize the impact of it.
- All delivery dates under this Agreement affected by force majeure shall be paused for the duration of the force majeure event. We hereby agree, when feasible, not to cancel but reschedule the pertinent obligations and deliverables for mutually agreed dates as soon as practicable after the force majeure condition ceases to exist.
18. Dispute Resolution
(a) Negotiation
- If either of us have any concerns arising out of this Agreement or your participation in the Training, we agree that we will communicate with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and resolve any dispute by negotiation and discussion.
- Please send me an email outlining your concerns to start the negotiation process.
(b) Mediation
- If we are unable to resolve a dispute by negotiation and discussion within 14 days, we agree to proceed to mediation with the assistance of an independent accredited mediator, seeking online dispute resolution using Zoom or mediation by telephone if we are not both in Western Australia.
- The mediator is to be appointed by agreement between us or, failing agreement within 21 days of the negotiation period ending, the person initiating the dispute will seek the appointment of a dispute resolution professional by the President of the Law Society of Western Australia.
- We agree to share all the costs of mediation equally between us.
- We agree that neither of us will formally threaten or commence legal action until, in the opinion of the independent mediator, the potential for negotiation and mediation have been exhausted.
(c) Mutual Non-Disparagement
We both agree that we will not publicly or privately disparage each other or anyone associated with us, and will act in good faith to refrain from any conduct or communication which might reasonably be expected to interfere with each other’s business or personal interests.
(d) Jurisdiction
This agreement is subject to the governing law of Western Australia. Regardless of where you live in the world, you irrevocably agree that if the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Western Australia, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
